The decision to change to grain-free food was not an easy one. Why did I choose to live grain free? I was terrified of all the diabetes in my family tree. I was also terrified of breaking my sugar addiction and missing out on all the foods I love. When I saw I can still eat pizza, pasta, and dessert by making changes to the ingredients I decided to give it a go. What happened after I began a grain free lifestyle? I broke my sugar addiction and lost 7 pounds in the first month.
